Bookings
A website booking is a request for the selected service and arrival time. Unless a checkout page clearly says otherwise, no payment is taken when you book and payment is due on the day. Please provide accurate contact and vehicle information.
Prices and vehicle condition
Displayed prices are starting prices based on the selected service. Heavy soiling, pet hair, contamination, oversized vehicles, damage or work outside the listed inclusions may require extra time or cost. We will explain material changes and seek approval before completing additional paid work.
Arrival, access and belongings
Please arrive at the agreed time, provide safe access to the vehicle and remove valuables or items that may prevent cleaning. Tell us about known faults, water leaks, fragile accessories, recent repairs or other conditions that could affect the work.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible. Repeated missed bookings or late cancellations may affect future booking access. We may reschedule work where weather, staffing, equipment, safety or vehicle condition makes the original booking impractical.
Results and pre-existing condition
We take professional care, but some stains, odours, scratches, paint defects, corrosion and previous damage cannot be completely removed. Results depend on the age, material and condition of the vehicle. Please raise any concern promptly so we can inspect it.
Quotes and special offers
Quotes are valid for the period shown on the quote and may depend on inspecting the vehicle. Promotion conditions displayed with an offer form part of these terms and cannot be combined unless stated.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false bookings or interfere with availability, payments, loyalty rewards, memberships or gift vouchers. Website content may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
