Purchase and delivery
Gift vouchers are issued in Australian dollars after successful payment, or by authorised staff for approved complimentary vouchers. Check the recipient details carefully. Scheduled delivery depends on the email and mobile information supplied by the purchaser.
Using a voucher
Enter the voucher number while booking or present it to staff. A voucher may be used across one or more eligible Northern Detailers services until its balance reaches zero. It cannot be exchanged for cash, used to buy another voucher or used after it has been cancelled or refunded.
Service vouchers and price changes
A service voucher records both the selected service and its purchase value. If the service price changes before redemption, the voucher retains its dollar value and any difference may be payable. Vehicle condition, surcharges and extras remain subject to the service and booking terms.
Expiry
Any expiry date will be shown on the voucher and will comply with the minimum period required by Australian law. If no expiry date is shown, contact us and we will confirm the voucher record.
Balances and refunds
Partially used vouchers retain their remaining balance. Refunds are returned through the original payment process where required by law or approved by Northern Detailers. A partly used voucher must have its redemptions reviewed before a refund can be processed.
Lost, copied or misdirected vouchers
Treat the voucher number and link like cash. Contact us promptly if a voucher is lost, copied or sent to the wrong address. We may ask for purchaser or payment information before replacing or changing delivery, and cannot guarantee recovery after valid value has already been redeemed.
Technical delivery issues
Email acceptance does not guarantee inbox placement. Purchasers and recipients should check spam folders and can contact us to resend an active voucher. A printable PDF and voucher link may also be available after payment.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
