How It Works
Northern Detailers offers a convenient valet solution for customers working or living in the Cairns city area. You drop your vehicle at our Severin Street location in the morning, we take care of the cleaning, then we drop you into the city and collect you later in the day so you can return to a clean vehicle without the hassle.

Available Days and Time Slots
Our Courtesy Valet Pick Up and Drop Off service runs on:
Tuesday and Thursday
We operate on two fixed time slots:
Time Slot 1
Drop off: 7:15am
Departure: 7:30am
Return pickup: Between 3:30pm and 4:00pm
Time Slot 2
Drop off: 8:00am
Departure: 8:15am
Return pickup: Between 4:00pm and 4:30pm
It is important to arrive on time for your selected slot to ensure the service runs smoothly.
Important Conditions
Customers outside the city can still access our valet services, however a standard valet service will apply.
All bookings must be made in advance via our booking form.
This service is only available from our Severin Street location.
This service is only available for customers who require transport into the Cairns city area.
Courtesy transport is included for eligible bookings only.
